স্পর্শকাতর ত্বক হল,পাতলা অথবা পাতলা গঠন-বৈশিষ্ট্যযুক্ত৷ এই ধরনের ত্বক খুব তাড়তাড়ি গরম এবং ঠান্ডা দুটোতেই প্রতিক্রিয়াশিল হয়, যেমন সহজেই ত্বক রোদে পুড়ে তামাটে হয় এবং ঠান্ডা হাওয়ার সংস্পর্শে রুক্ষ এবং ফেটে যায়৷ সাধারণত এই ধরনের ত্বক হয় শুষ্ক, স্পর্শকাতর এবং অ্যালার্জি-প্রবণ হয়৷ তাপমাত্রার পরিবর্তন, কিছু ধোলাই-সাবান, প্রসাধন এবং অ্যালকোহল(ত্বকে ব্যবহার করলে)প্রভৃতি ত্বকে জ্বালার সৃষ্টি করে, লাল বর্ণ ত্বক এবং ছোপ-ছোপ ত্বক এবং ত্বকে শিরা পরিলক্ষিত হওয়ার কারণ হয়৷
