Ang balangkas na kung saan ang suleras ng sahig ng bawat palapag ay nakapatong sa ibabaw ng tuktok ng ohas ng palapag sa ibaba o sa itaas ng pundasyong pasimano ng unang palapag at ang kiyas na dingding ay nakapatong sa panghaliling sahig ng bawat palapag.
